The grievance of the petitioners is that inspite of their being recommendation made by the Divisional Joint Director, Higher Education, Solapur Division, Solapur made on 16.5.2016 whereby notified the petitioner college as grand-in-aid college in Taluka Mangalvedha, the second respondent has not taken any decision on it as yet. Today when the matter came up for hearing, the only prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to dispose of this petition by directing the Director of Higher Education, Pune

P-21-wp-10912.2016.sxw to consider and take appropriate decision on the said proposal dated 16.5.2016 submitted before him by the Divisional Joint Director, Higher Education, Solapur.

In view of the aforesaid limited prayer, we dispose of this petition by directing the second respondent to consider and take appropriate decision on the said proposal in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible but not latter than three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
