It is submitted that, this Civil Application is filed for early hearing of the Second Appeal on the ground that the Applicants are running the age of 60 years and suffering from hyper tension. It is pointed out that, the Second Appeal is already admitted and paper-book is also filed. 3.

In view thereof, the Second Appeal be added to the "Final Hearing Board", as per its chronology.
