The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner Mr. G. S. Godbole seeks withdrawal of the above Petitions with liberty to raise the challenge raised in the above Petitions in the Civil Revision Application No.714 of 2015 filed against the decree passed by the Appellate Bench of the Small Causes Court by amending the said Civil Revision Application. The Petitions are accordingly allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Amendment to be carried out within one week from date. List the Civil Revision Application for admission on 18.12.2015. Prior to which date, the amendment to be served on the other side. The ad-interim order to continue up to 21.12.2015.
