The record indicates that the application for pre-arrest bail filed by the applicant under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. is pending for final adjudication before the Additional Sessions Judge, Nashik bearing ABA No.1941 of 2017. The learned APP. on instructions informed that, the concerned Court has fixed the said application for final hearing on 16.9.2017. In view thereof, without entertaining the present application on merits the learned Additional Sessions Judge seized of ABA No.1941/2017 is hereby directed to make an endeavor to decide the said application on 16.9.2017 itself.

Till 16.9.2017, the applicant shall not be arrested. 3.
