By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner plaintiff challenges the order dated 14.08.2015 passed by the State of Maharashtra in Revision Application under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966.

By consent of both the parties, Writ Petition stands disposed of on following terms.

a) Order dated 14.08.2015 passed by the State of Maharashtra in Revision Application under Section 257 of Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 is to be subject to the outcome of the suit No. Sneha Chavan 1/2

b) All contention of both the parties are kept open.

c) Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
