The matter was heard on 3rd June, 2019. In that order, submission on behalf of the applicant that sole applicant died on 1st July, 2018 was recorded. Two weeks time was granted for taking steps. However, till today, no steps are taken. As the sole applicant died on 1st July, 2018, C.R.A is disposed of as abated.
