The Petitioners, five in number, are independent institutions with no connection with each other, with different set of facts. They are seeking a direction to Respondent Nos.3 and 4 to allow them to start a three years full English Agriculture Polytechnic Diploma Course in their respective establishments. 3.

For this purpose the Respondents will have to examine by RAJESHWARI SUBODH KARVE Date:

Therefore, such a combined petition on behalf of all five independent institutions ought not to have been filed. The learned counsel for the Petitioners, accepts this position and states that independent petitions on behalf of each of the Petitioners would be filed.

Petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the Petitioners to file separate petitions.
