Applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.634 of 2022 registered with Yavat Police Station, District - Pune Rural for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 323, 324, 452, 504, 506 r/w. Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Case of the prosecution is, complainant - father of the applicant has alleged about the assault by the applicant with the help of sickle. 3.

Counsel for the applicant submits that the injuries suffered are simple in nature and there appears to be dispute in relation to the property as the complainant has an extra-marital affair. 4.

I have appreciated the submissions.

Apart from the fact that the grandmother of the applicant has invoked provisions of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 under which an offence is registered against the applicant, the complainant-father has categorically stated about the assault by the applicant with the help of sickle and he having suffered bleeding injury.

In that view of the matter, as there is sufficient evidence on record to implicate the applicant in a serious offence, no case for bail is made out.

Application fails and stands rejected.
