In the light of the judgment of the Apex Court in the case of Parshvanath Charitable Trust v. All India Council for Technical Education, (2013) 3 SCC 385, especially, referring to paragraphs- 41 and 43, we are of the opinion, this Court cannot entertain this writ petition and, if at all the petitioners need any indulgence or intervention, they have to apply to the Apex Court since the last date for admission of the students even as against the vacant seat is 15th August every year. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
