At the outset, learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to amend as to place on record schedule disclosing the names of the legal representatives of the deceased Respondent. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

By this application, the Applicant has sought to condone the delay of 14 days in filing application, and to set aside the abatement and bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased Respondent. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Appellant has no objection. Hence the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Abatement is set aside. Legal representatives of deceased Respondent are ordered to be brought on record. Cause title be amended forthwith. 4.

Application stands disposed of.
