The Petitioner has filed this petition making a grievance that after having declared as surplus from the school where the Petitioner was working and after having directed Respondent Nos.2 and 3 to permit the Petitioner to join Respondent No.3- School by way of absorption, Respondent Nos.2 and 3 did not permit the Petitioner to join.

The learned counsel for the Respondent Corporation, on instructions, points out that on 28 April 2015 the Petitioner is absorbed in Sheth Babanrao Padwal Vidyalaya which order the Petitioner has accepted and the Petitioner is working in the said school. The learned counsel for the Respondent Corporation, on instructions, also states that the arrears of pay admissible to the Petitioner from the date of the order of absorption till her actual absorption has been paid to the Petitioner.

In the light of these statements made on behalf of the Respondent- Corporation, which we accept, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
