At the outset, learned APP on instructions makes a statement that section 326 of IPC is added in CR No. 154 of 2016 registered with Jejuri Police Station. Statement is accepted. She placed on record report dated 5th October 2016 made by the API of Jejuri Police Station.

In the light of above statement, Mr. Kadam fairly states that the Petitioner's grievance as raised in the writ petition no more survives and he seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition. Leave granted. Writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as such.
