Considering the accusations faced by the applicant in CR No. 1005 of 2022 which invoke sections 354, and 509 along with section 323 of IPC, the learned APP make a statement that the Investigating Officer shall issue a notice under section 41 A of Cr.P.C. Upon receipt of the notice the applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer within a period of 7 days, and shall render his cooperation. The Investigating Office shall follow the procedure prescribed under section 41 A of Cr.P.C, and in case if he is desirous of arresting the applicant, he shall record his reasons in writing. He shall also give a prior notice of 72 hours before the arrest. 2.
