Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the order dated 06.07.2017 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II) in Appeal from Order (L) No. 34156 of 2016 for non-compliance is to be set aside and Appeal from Order is to be restored.

Learned counsel for respondent no.1, who is the main contesting party, is present. He submits that he is ready to furnish the copies of the Memo in the Registry. He further submits that he be allowed to deposit the rent on 11.09.2017 in the City Civil Court at Bombay.
