Heard learned counsel appearing for the Applicant and the learned AGP for the 1st Respondent. No reply is filed by the 2nd Respondent. He claims that the amendment is based on subsequent events which have taken place during the pendency of the Petition. Hence, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties, the amendment deserves to be allowed.

Accordingly, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment be carried out within a period of 2 weeks. Additional reply to the amended portion shall be filed by the
habeeb 15 ca 2802.15 Respondents on or before 8th January 2016. Petition to be thereafter added to the weekly board.
