Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent No.3 state that the parties have amicably settled their dispute and have filed Consent Terms which were taken on record by this Court on 21st December 2021. 2-wp.2496.2006.doc the petitioner further submits that the petitioner have also tendered an affidavit dated 18th December 2021, which were also taken on record by this Court and marked as 'X-1'.

A perusal of the Consent Terms shows that the parties have amicably settled their dispute. As per the affidavit filed by the petitioner, the petitioner has undertaken to withdraw the aforesaid petition unconditionally.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition. Leave granted. 5.
