This is an application for permission to renew the pass port of the applicant.

The applicant is an accused in Sessions Case No.385/2009. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the pass port of the applicant has expired on 2.10.2017 and therefore, the applicant may be permitted to renew the said pass port by himself. The record indicates that on earlier occasion the applicant was permitted to renew his pass port. 3.

In view thereof, the applicant is permitted to renew his pass port from the concerned authority as per the prevailing law and regulations.

Application is accordingly disposed off.
