By this Civil Application, Applicant original claimant is seeking extention of time to provide bank guarantee for withdrawal of the amount as per earlier order dated 04.07.2014 passed by this court in Civil Application No.1953 of 2013.
The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that it remained on the part of Mohite 1/2
17 caf1242-18.doc Applicant to make appropriate arrangement for providing bank guarantee for withdrawal of the amount. He submits that Applicant requires further 12 weeks to provide bank guarantee for withdrawal of the amount.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, the following order:
a) Applicant is permitted to withdraw remaining amount as per order dated 04.07.2014 passed by this court in Civil Application No.1953 of 2013 by providing bank guarantee of any nationalised bank within 12 weeks from today.
b) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
c) No order as to costs.
