This Application is preferred by husband for condonation of 140 days delay in filing the First Appeal, Nesarikar

2 / 2 10-CAM-278-16.odt challenging the Judgment and Decree dated 07/01/2016 passed by the Family Court at Pune, in P.A. No.494/2010. 4.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in Civil Application, we are satisfied that the Applicant has made out the case for allowing the Civil Application.

Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b), which reads thus;

(A) (b) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay of 140 days in filing of above said Family Court Appeal.

(B) Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
