The papers of this application were produced by the applicant appearing in person (writ petitioner) on 13th October, 2015. In the presence of the applicant it was directed that the application will be placed today which is the scheduled date.

The applicant appearing in person is not present. The prayer in this application is to fix "a very early date of final hearing". However, from the farad sheet of the writ petition, 1/2

8-caw-2847.2015 we find that some of the respondents are still unserved. Though there are 13 respondents in writ petition, the applicant appearing in person has impleaded only seven respondents in this application.

As the writ petition itself is not ready for the final hearing, the prayer made in this application cannot be granted as on today. The application is accordingly disposed of. The registry is directed to forward a copy of this order as well as separate order passed today in the writ petition to the applicant appearing in person.

Writ petition No. 4161 of 2008 shall be placed on board on 9th December, 2015 under the caption of "directions" for reporting compliance.
