Learned Counsel for the Respondent - Zilla Parishad states that all the dues of the petitioner except the pension are already cleared. Zilla Parishad has already forwarded the pension papers of the petitioner to the concerned Education Officer of the Zilla Parishad on 16/07/2021. There is no response from the Education Officer of the Zilla Parishad on the said proposal till date. 2.
We direct the Education Officer, the Zilla Parishad to release the payment on the said proposal submitted by the Zilla 1/2
5. wp 9383.13.doc Parishad payable to the petitioner within 8 weeks from the date of communication of this order without fail. Learned Counsel for the Zilla Parishad is requested to convey this order to the Education Officer, Zilla Parishad for compliance forthwith. The Education Officer, Zilla Parishad to act on the authenticated copy of this order. 3.
Insofar as the other dues which are payable to the petitioner is concerned, it is to be verified whether the amount due to the petitioner has been received by the petitioner or not and in case any details are required, the same shall be informed to the Zilla Parishad within a period of 2 weeks from today. In that event, reconciliation of accounts to be done and if there is any shortfall of the amount payable to the petitioner, Zilla Parishad is directed to disburse the same within two weeks from the said reconciliation. 4.
The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. There shall no order as to costs. Place the matter on board after 8 weeks for compliance.
