Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and respondent No. 1.

It appears that the applicant/claimant has not yet withdrawn 50% amount of compensation along with interest accrued thereon which was ordered to be paid by an order dated 3rd March, 2020, while granting stay to the execution, operation and implementation to the impugned award.

In the circumstances, at present there is no justifcation to entertain the application.

The application thus stands disposed of with liberty to the Vishal Parekar, P.A.
