Heard. This Application is for setting aside the conditional order dated 13.06.2017 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-I) by which the Writ Petition stood dismissed for non removal of the office objections.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, we are satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. At the same time, the Applicant will have to pay cost of Rs.5000/-.

Hence, the following order:

12.10.18-caw.doc a) Order dated 13.06.2017 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-I) is set aside.

b) Writ Petition (ST) No.21558/2016 is restored to file. c) The Applicant is directed to remove all office objections in Writ Petition within four weeks from today, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

d) The Applicant to pay cost of Rs.5000/-.

e) Cost shall be paid to Kirtikar Law Library, High Court, Mumbai and place an acknowledgement thereon on record, within four weeks from today, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court. f) Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
