The grievance of petitioner no.1 is that though her appointment has been approved vide letter dated 5th November, 2014 (Exhibit-A), but her salary has not been paid to her, as the matter is pending before respondent no.2. According to the petitioner, the opinion sought by respondent no.3 has already been provided by the management vide application dated 20th June, 2016 (Exhibit-B) and, thereafter, the matter has been forwarded to respondent no.2 but the decision in that regard has

Keeping in view the fact that the matter is pending before respondent no.2 as it would be clear from the letter dated 19th July, 2016 (Exhibit-C), we dispose of this petition by directing respondent no.2 to take appropriate decision in regard to the aforesaid communication dated 19th July, 2016 keeping in view the fact that the petitioner no.1's appointment by order dated 5th November, 2014 (ExhibitA) has already been approved. Needless to say that the decision as aforesaid be taken as expeditiously as possible, and not later than two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequential benefits shall also be given within the same period. Petition is accordingly disposed of.
