Heard Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners.

He states that by the impugned order in the present Writ Petition, Petitioners' Intervention Application fled in Dispute Case No. 72 of 2022 before the Tahsildar, Thane is rejected. However, he states that by the order dated 14.08.2023 passed by the Tahsildar, Thane, Dispute Case. No. 72 of 2022 has itself been disposed of. He states that therefore, the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of as it has become infructuous. However, it is clarifed that the contentions of all the parties are expressly kept open.
