This is the second Bail Application. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that due to miscommunication, the second Bail Application was filed. He submitted that he does not want to press the Bail Application, however, he prays that the offence is of 2012 and so the trial to proceed and be expedited. The learned counsel, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this Bail Application. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant is allowed to withdraw the Bail Application.
