This is an application for extension of the period granted by this Court by an order dated 19th August, 2022 passed in Appeal from Order No.793 of 2022, by a further period of six weeks from the date of order.

Considering the averments made in the Application and the S. R. Joshi 1/2

7-ia-18249-2022.doc submission advanced, I am of the opinion that the period as granted by this Court by an order dated 19th August, 2022, needs to be extended by a further period of three weeks from today.

The learned Counsel for the Applicant assures that, all the requisite documents and formalities on par with other members will be complied with in the case of the Appellants also. Interim Application is disposed of.
