Perused the only substantive prayer which is prayer clause (c) of this Petition. It reads thus :- "(c) This Hon'ble Court directions may be given to third Respondent not to give any NOC to the third party from the office of CIDCO (Respondent No.4)."

None appears for the petitioner. The petitioner claims to be the owner of a particular flat. Such a relief perpetually restraining the fourth respondent - CIDCO from granting no objection certificate cannot be granted. The petitioner will have to establish his right in accordance with law. Subject to what is observed above, the Petition is rejected.
