Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Only prayer made in this petition is for directing the learned Presiding Officer of the DRT­II, Mumbai to decide the four pending Securitization Applications within a period of two weeks from today. If the petitioner has extreme urgency, it is for the petitioner to move the learned Presiding Officer of DRT­II, Mumbai.

The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the applications have been closed for orders.

It is not the function of the writ Court to decide within how much time the DRT­II should decide the applications. By granting the liberty to the petitioner to move the DRT­II, Mumbai, we dispose of the writ petition.
