2] The petitioner has been sentenced to life imprisonment. The prayer of the petitioner is that the respondents - State to decide the case of the petitioner for premature release as per the guidelines of the State Government.

3] The learned APP has pointed out that by order dated 10th April 2018, the case of the petitioner for premature

skc 35-CRWP-3567-17 release has been decided by the Government and he has been placed in the category 4E of 2010 Guidelines. The said order dated 10th April 2018 is taken on record and marked 'X' Collectively for the purpose of identification. 4] In this view of the matter, nothing further survives in this petition, hence, Rule is discharged.
