The learned counsel for the Petitioners submit that this Petition may be disposed of with liberty to the Petitioners to submit the fresh representation before Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 who may be directed to consider and take appropriate decision on it keeping in view the observations made by the Division Bench of this Court in the Case of Seema d/o. Khandu Takale vs. The State of Maharashtra and Others in Writ Petition No. 7116 of 2011 dated 24 th April, 2012 as also the communication dated 24th April, 2007. Vishal Parekar 1/2

Keeping in view the aforesaid prayer, we dispose of this Petition by granting liberty to the Petitioners to submit a fresh representation before Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 within two weeks. On receipt of the said representation, the Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall take appropriate decision on it keeping in view the order passed in the case of Seema Takale (supra) as also the communication dated 24th April, 2007.

Let the decision of the aforesaid be taken by Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 within six weeks from the date of receipt of the said representation.
