The petitioner, through this petition, has prayed for following substantive reliefs:- A) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ direction and order under the provisions of Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, directing the Respondent Municipal Corporation to grant and to take the final decision on the grant, of the TDR of 4064.00 sq.mtrs. from Revision Survey No. 1031/1A and 1B, 'A' Ward, Karveer, Tal. Karveer, Dist. Kolhapur as per the Application made by the Petitioner on 13th May 2013 within such time as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit;
5. civil wp 11368-18.doc B) That the Hon'ble Court be pleaed to pass the order, similar to the order passed by the Hon'ble Court (Coram : Shri. A.S. Oka and Shri. Riyaz I. Chagala, JJ) in the Writ Petition viz. Writ Petition No. 3009 of 2018 dated 30th July, 2018; C) Considering the limited relief which is sort for by the Petitioner in this petition, it is prayed that the Petition may be dispoed off at the admission stage itself;
D) That the costs of this Writ Petition be awarded in favour of Petitioner against Respondent, by this Hon'ble Court; E) For such other orders as justice and convenience may demand from time to time be passed in favour of the Petitioner by this Hon'ble Court.

Learned counsel for the Corporation submits that the petitioner's proposal is under process and certain deficiencies have been found therein which needs to be complied by the petitioner. We direct that if compliance is made by the petitioner, decision thereon will be taken within eight weeks and communicated the same to the petitioner. With this direction, petition is disposed of.
