For the reasons to be recorded separately, the following order is passed :-

O R D E R

(i) Criminal Bail Application No.1910 of 2016 is allowed. (ii) The applicant be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh) and one or more solvent sureties in the like amount.

(iii) The applicant shall report to the Office of ACP (Crime) on Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 10.30 a.m. to 12 noon and cooperate with the investigating agency to the best of her capacity, initially for a period of three months and thereafter as and when called by the police. (iv) The applicant shall not leave Solapur without informing the Investigating Officer.

(v) The applicant shall surrender her passport, if any. (vi) She shall not tamper with evidence.

(vii) She shall not threaten the witnesses.

The Intervention Application is heard, allowed and disposed of.
