This is an application for extension of time to complete the surety procedure. The applicant was permitted to furnish cash bail facility by order dated 18th June 2017. It is submitted that the applicant has already furnished surety, however, the process of accepting the surety is pending before the concerned Court. It is, therefore, prayed that time to furnish surety be extended by eight weeks. Accordingly time as prayed for is extended by eight weeks from today.
