This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 19 days in preferring the First Appeal challenging the Judgment and Award dated 02.05.2013 passed by the M.A.C.T., Nashik in M.A.C.P. No. 810 of 2010. 3.

As per the office note, respondent No.1 has appeared through Advocate but not filed say. Respondent Nos.2 to 4 are duly served but not appeared.

In view thereof, for the reasons stated in paragraph Nos. 4 and 5 of the application, the sufficient cause being made out for condonation of delay, it is allowed with no order as to costs. 5.

The Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. 6.

The appeal be registered and numbered and be kept for admission on board as per CMIS date.
