This is an application seeking stay to the execution of the Judgment and Award dated 02.05.2013 passed by the M.A.C.T., Nashik in M.A.C.P. No. 810 of 2010. It is submitted that as per the order passed by this Court, the applicant has deposited the entire decretal amount with the Tribunal.

In view thereof, the conditional stay granted to the execution of the award is made absolute till the disposal of the appeal. 4.

The Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. 5.
