Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. 2.

By this application, the applicant seeks extension of time of four weeks to furnish the solvent sureties and to comply with the order dated 20th July, 2015. The applicant was enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more local solvent sureties. Thereafter, the applicant preferred an application praying for his 1/3

2/3 enlargement on cash bail for a period of four weeks within which period the applicant was to furnish sureties and to comply with the order dated 20th July, 2015. The said application was allowed and the applicant was enlarged on provisional cash bail in the sum of Rs.25,000/- for a period of four weeks, during which period he was to furnish solvent sureties and to comply with the order dated 20th July, 2015.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the applicant has not been able to furnish the sureties and hence by way of last chance seeks extension of three weeks, to furnish the surety amount. 4.

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed and time is extended by a period of three weeks to enable the applicant to furnish the sureties as directed vide order dated 20th July, 2015.
