By an order dated 20/09/2016 the applicant is granted interim relief.

It is the allegation against the applicant that the applicant by giving false promise to the complainant that his two sons will be provided jobs in reputed companies, accepted Rs.9,50,000/- and did not give job. On repeated requests he gave bogus appointment letters of Sodex Ho Company and Hindustan Uniliver Company. The record reveals that during the course of investigation the applicant has already returned the Nesarikar
2 / 2 01-ABA-1615-16.odt amount of Rs.9,50,000/- to the complainant. The investigating officer has submitted a report dated 09/09/2016 to that effect to the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Thane. 3.
In view of the above, interim relief granted by order the dated 20/09/2016 is hereby confirmed.
