The Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.3 has forwarded the cheques to the Petitioner in each of the above Petitions on behalf of the Respondent No.4. The said cheques are towards the monthly compensation that is payable to the Petitioner in lieu of temporary transit BGP.

(908 & 909)-CP-54 & 55-16.doc accommodation. The said cheques have been accepted by Mr. Mooman on behalf of the Petitioner in each of the above Petitions. The Learned Counsel Mr. P. M. Shah further states that the further amounts would be paid by two cheques on or before 10.04.2016 to the Petitioner in each of the above Petitions. Statement accepted. In view thereof, the Learned Counsel Mr. Mooman does not desire to prosecute the above Petitions and on instructions of the Petitioners who are personally present in Court seeks withdrawal of the above Petitions. The Contempt Petitions are accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
