By this First Appeal, the AppellantsOriginal Claimants are challenging the judgment and award dated 4th October, 2016 passed by the Railway Claim Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, Mumbai in Claim No. OA/Iiu/MCC/2011/0118 dismssing the Appellants' claim application under Section 16 of the Railway Claims Tribunal Act, 1987.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Appellants and the impugned judgment and award, I am satisfied Tikam 1/
9-FAST 25352 of 2017.doc that the Appellants have made out a case for for following order:
(a) Admit.
(b) Printing dispensed with.
(c) Appellants to file private paper-book within one year from today with copy to other side, failing which First Appeal shall stand dismissed without referring back to the Court. (d) The Registry is directed to call for R & P immediately.
(e) Learned counsel Mr.T.J. Pandian waives service for Respondent.
(h) Hearing of First Appeal is expedited.
