The learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.1 makes statement, on instruction, that the petitioner-Society has filed/ initiated proceeding of expulsion and same is pending for approval. The learned Counsel appearing for the Society has accepted the said position, on the basis of instructions given by Mr. Raju Patel, Secretary of the Society. Therefore, both the learned counsel make statement that the present Writ Petition become infructuous. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly, with liberty. All points kept open. No costs.
