By this civil application, the Applicant, Original Claimant is seeking condonation of 234 days' delay in filing the First Appeal, challenging the judgment and award dated 4th October, 2016 passed by the Railway Claim Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, Mumbai in Claim No. OA/IIu/MCC/2011/0118 of 2011.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the civil application, I am satisfied that the Application has made out a case for allowing this civil application.
