P.C.:- By this application, the Applicant has sought restoration of Writ Petition No.8154 of 2017. By order dated 19 th July, 2017 the Petitioner was directed to remove all office objections within a period of four weeks, failing which the Writ Petition was ordered to be dismissed. It appears that the office objections were not removed within the stipulated time. Hence, the writ petition was dismissed. 2.
The Applicant has spelt out the reasons in paragraph Nos.3 and 4 of the application for not removing office objections. The learned counsel for the Respondent submits that said reasons do not Megha 1/2

I have perused the records. The averments made in paragraph Nos.4 and 5 in my considered view constitute sufficient grounds. Hence, the application is allowed. The Writ Petition No.8154 of 2017 is ordered to be restored subject to the Applicant removing all office objections within a period of one week. 4.
The civil application stands disposed of.
