According to learned Counsel, the respondents (original applicants who were granted pre-arrest bail) have failed to abide by the order passed by this Court in as much as undertakings submitted are not in terms of what was required by the order.

Learned Senior Advocate Shri Manoj Mohite appearing for the original applicants submitted on instructions that instead of precipitating the matter, the original applicants are willing to fle revised undertakings which they would do so within a period of one week from today.

The revised undertakings in terms of order dated 13/09/2021 passed by this Court to be fled within a period of one week from today. Ofce to accept the same.
