ORDER :

By this Interim Application, the Applicant has sought a stay on the execution, operation and implementation of judgment and order dated 4th April, 2022 passed in MACP No.1137 of 2016 by the Member of the MACT, Mumbai.

The Applicant / Appellant has deposited the entire amount along with accrued interest as per the impugned order 1/2

15-ia-19450-2022.doc passed by the MACT, Mumbai and in compliance with the undertaking given in the Court and which was accepted on 20th September, 2022.

In view thereof, there shall be pending the hearing and final disposal of the First Appeal, a stay on the execution, operation and implementation of the impugned judgment and order dated 4th April, 2022 passed by the MACT, Mumbai in MACP No.1137 of 2016. 4.
