Heard learned Advocate for the Appellant.

He is convicted for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 323, 354 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 ["IPC"]. The amount of fine is deposited before the trial Court. He is acquitted for the offence punishable under Section 506 of IPC and under Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 ["POCSO Act"].

During trial, he was on bail. The trial Court has suspended the sentence of imprisonment on 26th July, 2023. Except this offence, there are no criminal antecedents. He assures that he will cooperate for hearing of this Appeal. 4.

O R D E R

(i) Substantive sentence of imprisonment is suspended during pendency of the Appeal subject to furnishing personal bond and surety bond of Rs.25,000/-.
