The civil application seeks vacating of an interim order passed by this Court in the Writ Petition. Learned Counsel for the Applicants (original Respondents) states that he shall not press the civil application, if the hearing of the Petition is expedited and the Petition is taken up for hearing. Mr. Hegde, learned Counsel for the Corporation, has no objection if the Petition is taken up for hearing. Accordingly, the civil application is disposed of and the hearing of the Petition is expedited. The Petition to come up for final hearing on 3 August 2016.
