For the reasons to be recorded separately, I pass following order :

ORDER

(i) Bail Application is allowed and disposed off; (ii) The applicant is directed to be released on bail in connection with C.R No.I-55 of 2018 registered with Hill Line Police Station, Ulhasnagar, District Thane, on executing P.R bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the lime amount; (iii) The applicant is permitted to furnish cash security in sum of Rs.25,000/- for a period of six weeks in lieu of sureties; (iv) The applicant shall report Hill Line Police Station once in three months on every first Saturday of the month between 11 am and 1 pm till further orders;

(v) The applicant shall attend trial on each date unless exempted MANISH SURESH THATTE MANISH SURESH THATTE Date: 2022.12.02 16:33:59 +0530 by the Trial Court for some reason;

(vi) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any

2 of 2 1.BA.2655.2022.doc inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any police officer. The applicant shall not tamper with evidence;

(vii) On his release on bail, the applicant shall report to Investigating Officer and furnish his address where he is likely to reside and shall also render his contact number; (viii)The applicant shall stay away from Post Mangrul, Taluka Ambernath, District Thane where the complainant and injured are residing till conclusion of trial;
