1) This is an application for relaxation of condition no.2 (b) in order dated 4/5/2016 passed in ABA No.514/2016 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Borivali Division, Dindoshi, Mumbai, imposed upon the applicant while releasing him on bail The said condition reads as under :

2(b).

He shall attend the concerned Police Station on every Sunday between 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. till filing of the charge-sheet and shall co-operate with the investigation.

2) The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is ordinary resident of the State of Jharkhad. That since the date of passing of the said order he is regularly complying with the said condition. He further submitted that it is financially very

2 /2 921-appln-547-16.doc difficult for the applicant to come to Mumbai on every Sunday. He, therefore, prayed that the said condition may be suitably modified. 3) In view of the above and in view of the facts mentioned in the application, the condition no. 2 (b) imposed upon the applicant by an order dated 4/5/2016 is hereby modified and the applicant is directed to attend the concerned Police Station on every first Sunday of the month between 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

It is made clear that rest of the conditions imposed upon the applicant are not disturbed.
