Heard. This application is for bringing legal heirs on record of deceased petitioner No.8 Shankar Dattatray Hatkhamkar who died on 19.08.2015. The Civil Application filed is within time.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application and since the Civil Application filed is within time, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

a) The Applicant is permitted to bring the legal heirs on record of deceased petitioner No.8 Basavraj G Patil 1/2

20.946.16-caw Shankar Dattatray Hatkhamkar in Writ Petition and pending Civil Application, if any, within 2 weeks from today.

b.

If amendment is carried out within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, the Applicant is directed to serve an amended copy of the Writ Petition as well as pending Civil Application, if any, on the Advocate for the other side, immediately thereafter.

c.

Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
